Graduated in Business Economics, Paolo Del Conte started working in the HR sector, where he has 14-year of experience with a focus on the Search and Selection activity.
He attends an Executive Master in “Organization and Development of Human Resources”, with insights in the field of Global Mobility, Talents Attraction and Diversity & Innovation.
He began to deal with Head Hunting and Search & Selection of HR profiles at Southern Europe level and continues as Senior HR Consultant within the Search and Selection Company of Middle & Top Management profiles, nationally and internationally.
