Graduated in Political and Social Sciences at the Catholic University of Milan, he gained 10 years’ experience in Head Hunting Companies, dealing both with Research and Selection, and with Business Development through the acquisition and consolidation of Key Clients.
He has had the opportunity to manage highly complex research projects, across all Corporate functions, both nationally and internationally, in the following main areas: Industrial, Energy, Chemical, Construction, Logistics & Transportation and Consumer Goods.
In Tailor&Fox he deals with Business Development and follows the whole process of Research and Selection, from the analysis of the Client’s needs to the evaluation of the motivations and technical and soft skills of each candidate.
