The Companies of the Group use information systems that are partly different and that do not operate within a consistent software architecture. Over time, activities have required continuous improvement of several IT systems to ensure service levels and meet business needs.
Identify a managerial profile capable to integrate different applications into a single IT environment, aligned with the Group’s planned development and acquisition plan. A Manager who has, in addition to the necessary technical skills, an excellent ability to dialogue with all business functions and project management attitude.
An IT Manager with important cross-functional technical skills was introduced in the Company. The Manager had innovation skills, including familiarity with Cybersecurity and digital trends, and significant interpersonal and Problem Solving abilities.
